Fees on requests for information

We may charge a fee for responding to the request for information from 1.9.2023.
  1. Most requests for information will be answered free of charge.
  2. If retrieving the information or processing it for delivery is very time-consuming, we may charge a fee for the information. For example, we may charge fees for copies or masking confidential information in documents.
  3. Any fees will be determined according to the Decree on Fees Charged by the Ministry of Justice (988/2022) and the National Enforcement Authority’s decision on fees (15.8.2023 UOL/1895/2023).
  4. The person submitting the request for information will be informed of any fees and provided with a cost estimate before we begin preparing the response or copying any information.
